A good menu is full of character. The earthy sweetness of JUST-PULLED roasted beetroot, a slow cooked shoulder of lamb with a pinch of RED chilli, native lobster served with tarragon, sea bass paired with mint, wood-fired chicken with lemon and marjoram. RELAX AND EAT WELL. Our chefs serve predominantly British food with Mediterranean influences - plant based with a sprinkling of protein. EVERYTHING CAN BE PICKED from the walled garden AND MADE TO ORDER. Outdoor cooking is what WE do best.
