MEETINGS AT DEER PARK

Whilst weddings remain at the heart of what we do, the house also welcomes businesses looking for an alternative to the usual corporate setting.

Our day delegate and residential meetings run throughout the year. Teams can step away from the office and enjoy the privacy, character and hospitality of a country house, with fires lit through the colder months and a kitchen that cooks with the seasons. Every meeting is hosted by our own team, with the same attention and care we give to our weddings.

Residential meetings combine a productive day with an overnight stay, dinner and the chance to enjoy Deer Park at a more relaxed pace.

Country House Meeting Package

The day runs from breakfast on arrival to cake in the afternoon, in a private meeting room set up for your group, with a long seasonal lunch in between.

£75 inc VAT per person

ARRIVE

Arrive in the lounge to freshly brewed tea and coffee and homemade breakfast treats, with the fires lit from autumn.

MEET

Settle into your private meeting room, with standard AV, presentation facilities and everything you need for a productive day.

REFRESH

Pause mid-morning for tea and coffee, fresh morning bakes and fruit.

FEAST

Lunch is served from the Deer Park seasonal table. The menu changes with the best local produce of the moment, and our chefs prepare fresh salads, homemade breads and accompaniments.

RECHARGE

The Country House Cake Stand arrives in the afternoon: homemade cakes and traybakes served alongside tea and coffee, with iced tea and homemade lemonade, or hot chocolate and spiced apple for colder days.

HOSTED

Our Deer Park team is on hand throughout the day, providing attentive country house hospitality.

MAKE A STAY OF IT

Extend your meeting into a residential stay. Spend the night at the house and finish the day with a spritz on the lawns or a Fireside Martini, depending on the month, followed by a relaxed dinner. Walk the grounds in the morning before your meeting continues. Meet, stay and relax, all under one roof.
